If you're trying to purchase a plan and your payment wasn't accepted, there are a few reasons it could have been declined:
- Your bank rejected the transaction. If this is the case, we encourage you to contact your bank directly for the quickest resolution.
- You have a bike out or your last bike wasn’t properly locked.
Payment methods can be updated in your app by tapping the three horizontal bars in the top left corner of the home screen. Select Payment and then Add payment method.
