Portland residents who are 16 years or older and hold Oregon Trail cards, live in affordable housing, qualify for unemployment assistance, or receive other social services are eligible to apply for Lyft’s Community Pass. 

Community Pass memberships include the first 30 minutes of each scooter trip, though rides longer than 30 minutes will incur additional fees.
