$99/yr annual membership includes:

• No unlock fees
• $0.15/minute 
• $1 out of hub fees for locking bikes to public bike racks within the service area ($25 outside of service area)
• Free parking in East Portland Super Hub Zone (east of 72nd Ave)
• 24/7 access to thousands of bikes in the Portland area

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you disable the auto-renew feature. You can also pause your membership for up to 12 weeks. To do this, open your settings and select your membership. You will see the option to "Pause Plan." Finish pausing your membership by choosing a date (within 12 weeks) for your membership to resume. Keep in mind that you can only pause your membership once per membership cycle.

You can also choose a Pay Per Minute alternative to our annual membership. Each trip will begin with a $1 unlock fee and then it’s just $0.35/minute for the duration of your trip. All per-minute ride prices are rounded up to the nearest minute. We will no longer have the Month-to-Month plan.

NOTE: BIKETOWN memberships cannot be shared and are not transferable, per the user agreement that you consented to when signing up.

If we suspect any account sharing, your BIKETOWN membership will be suspended without a refund.
