If your bike is damaged, please try to return the bike to the nearest station and leave feedback in your app. Be sure to lock up the bike securely! This will flag the bike so no one else can use the bike before our technicians can fix it.

If you’ve come across a case of vandalism on any BIKETOWN station or bike, please fill out this form and provide details of what you found and where (include any pictures of the vandalism if possible). One of our technicians will be notified and deal with the issue shortly. Thank you!
