​If you find a suspected abandoned bike,  please keep in mind that it is typical for BIKETOWN bikes to be locked at a public bike rack. If the bike has been at its location for several days or is causing an issue, please contact customer service, now supported by Lyft, as soon as possible. Please include the bike number (located on the back fender), its location (address or intersection), and any other relevant details.
