BIKETOWN requires all riders to keep an active credit, debit or prepaidcard on file in case any extra charges are incurred (for example, if you lose your bike). 

If you need to update your card or billing address information, go to the 'Billing Information' section of your account and click 'Update.'

Shared Payment Method for Teen Accounts

Riders ages 16 and 17 with a Lyft Teen account can take bikeshare rides. Riders under 16 can't ride yet.

Teens pay with their family's Shared Payment Method. This is the only payment method a Teen can use, and they can't add a different one.

The parent or guardian on the account sees these charges.
