Due to system updates, all BIKETOWN users will be required to create a Lyft account. If you already have one- you’ll simply need to log into your Lyft account from your BIKETOWNpdx app.  Any existing BIKETOWN memberships and any funds you added to your account will transfer over so you can keep riding. Credits received for returning bikes to stations as well as credits resulting from redeeming promo codes do not transfer.

NOTE: Corporate memberships and student plans will be paused until agreements are renewed.

Existing low-income members on the BIKETOWN for All plan are still eligible for their first month free. These memberships will then renew into a $5/monthly plan. BIKETOWN for All members will need to purchase the free membership before you are able to take out a bike as these memberships do not immediately transfer into your Lyft account. If you’re a BIKETOWN for All member without a smartphone  and need a BIKETOWN card to unlock bikes, please email us at biketownforall@lyft.com with your preferred shipping address so we can get that to you as soon as possible.
